Hey Andy,

At Advisor Exchange we offer three services - TotalView ($150/month; unlimited clients and accounts), XportPro ($750 Implementation, $225/month; 1000 clients and unlimited accounts), Reconciler ($1,500 Implementation, $399/month; 500 clients and unlimited accounts).

CashEdge charges $1,500/yr for unlimited clients and accounts. If you have three advisors in your office, then each advisor would have to purchase a license. CashEdge states on their order form that sharing of licenses is strictly prohibited.

ByAllAccounts has a more complex pricing model that is based on the number of institutions where accounts are held as well as fees for each account that is aggregated from each institution.

I hope that helps.

Thanks for the overview John. Can you briefly describe any differences in cost or they way each player bills for their services? Is it just based on number of users?

Thanks,
Andy
